Due to the ongoing constraints in the NHS budget unfortunately many benign skin conditions are not funded for removal.
Having the procedure done at a private hospital is expensive and may cost many hundreds of pounds.
At Woodgrange Medical Practice we are able to offer surgery for these benign lesions for a reasonable fee.
We are able to treat:
Excision of the first lesion = £250
Excision of 2nd, 3rd and 4th lesions = £150 each.
Skin tags dependent on number = £60 - £150
The surgery is done by Dr S J Parmar who he is an experienced skin surgeon (20 years), working at Whipps Cross hospital. He is also the lead Clinician (GP with special interest), running the community dermatology clinic in Newham for the last 16 years.
If you require further information on this service please call 0208 221 3100 to speak to a receptionist.
