Face to Face:
You can come into the surgery during our opening hours to arrange an appointment
On the Day Appointments and Telephone Appointments:
On the day appointments or telephone appointments are to be booked by calling the surgery number on 0208 221 3100. We offer two timings for these appointments. You may wish to call at 8:00am for morning appointments or 1:30pm for afternoon appointments. Please be advised these are on the day appointments only and are not bookable in advance.
Advance bookings can be made face to face at the surgery or via telephone during our opening hours.
If you are unable to call or attend the surgery during our opening hours you may to wish to register for Online Access whereby you can book an appointment online at a time that is convenient to you. Please contact the surgery or see below should you require further information on registering for this free NHS service.
You can now book routine appointments online via the link Access the online appointment system at the top of this page. If you don’t have access for online bookings please see one of our reception staff who can provide you with your unique log in details. Once you have registered to use the online services you will be able to book appointments online and order repeat prescriptions.
IMPORTANT: Please note that you must only book an online appointment for yourself and not family members or friends. Acquaintances will need their own login to use this service
Please be advised that if you cancel your online appointment with less than 30 minutes notice, this will be counted as a 'Did Not Attend'

This is a service being provided by our practice and is popular amongst our patients
- If you feel that your medical problem may just need advice rather than an appointment to see a Doctor, then this can be discussed over the telephone when the Doctor is not consulting
Our Receptionists have been instructed not to interrupt your Doctor during consultations unless your call is urgent. You may therefore, be asked to phone back (at a specified time) or leave a message and a telephone number where your Doctor can reach you to discuss your problem. The Doctor will call you back within 2 hours. This will result in a prescription or an appointment if necessary
We do appreciate that children can create a lot of anxieties and hence we will endeavour to see children the same day if the need arises
The role of the General Practitioner is ever changing and as a result the Doctor works a full and busy day dealing with the many varied aspects towards providing an efficient delivery of healthcare to you. In order to achieve these goals we provide medical care, which is ideally based at our Surgery and home visits are for genuine medical reasons only.
- If you are totally incapacitated and unable to get to the Surgery for medical reasons then please contact us before 10:00am if possible.
- If you are able to come to the Surgery then please do so, as the treatment can start immediately.
We very much appreciate your help in this matter as unnecessary visits are disruptive and waste the Doctor’s time, which can be better made use of at the Surgery. However, if in doubt please telephone for advice in this matter, as there are many situations where a telephone consultation may save you time for your particular health need
